OMET Srl is a world leader company in the design and production of label and flexible packaging printing machines, as well as tissue converting machines for napkins and towels production.

OMET, in the last 50 years, has always given importance to the extremely specialized design of the machines and the constant attention to the evolution of new technologies, in order to be a high-qualified and reliable partner for its customers.

OMET has two divisions for the design and manufacturing of machines:

the Label and Packaging Printing Presses Division offers a full range of flexo machines for printing on all kind of flexible packaging material. Various technologies are available in combination with flexo: offset, rotogravure, silkscreen and digital inkjet; the Tissue Converting Division offers a complete range of machines for the production of disposable tissue, paper or non-woven products as napkins, place mats and towels, from the reel to the finished product all-in-line.

OMET’s range of printing presses includes the Varyflex line, who holds the authentic concept of mid-web printing platform, for high performance results in the production of flexible packaging, folding carton and special applications; it offers the possibility to combine and interchange diverse converting modules like die-cutting and slitting or delivery units like stacker and conveyor. XFlex line includes a wide range of modular narrow web printing presses, each one with specific peculiarities (X2, X4, X5, X6 and X7), representing real pay-back solutions able to meet every necessity of label and packaging printers. iFLEX line is the revolutionary narrow-web flexo press for label printing, full of user-friendly innovations allowing for impressive results in terms of quality, ease of use and ROI. The new XJet hybrid printing solution is the extraordinary result of the combination between the renowned OMET flexo quality and DURST digital inkjet printing technology. These machines can print on a wide range of materials, including paper, self-adhesive paper, thin plastic film and folding carton, and guarantee excellent print quality; sophisticated technological innovations simplify the use of the machines and reduce set-up waste. Moreover, OMET’s R&D Division can always help customers creating new projects and solutions to meet any specific need.

The range of machines for tissue converting includes napkins folding machines (TV503 Line and TV840 Line with mechanical fold; FV line with vacuum fold), paper towels folding machines (AS line) and interfolded products folding machines (ASV line). OMET tissue machines allows to produce high-quality and personalized products neutral or printed in one or more colours and guarantee a perfect combination between structural solidity and electronic sophistication that reduce the operator manual intervention. OMET has around 2.000 machines installed worldwide and guarantees a high-quality customer service.
