IMECO is an engineering and service company working in the field of the combustion plant equipment since 1977. The company was born by the challenge of three managers who had previously worked in that field.

The experience in this sector and the technical skills of the three employers allowed, since the beginning, the development of a loyalty relationship between IMECO and its Customers.

The knowledge of the Customers’ technical needs and the attitude to provide the appropriate solutions, in addition to precision and respect of delivery deadlines, allowed IMECO to deserve a solid position in the combustion plant equipment market.

The experience developed with MAXON, ECLIPSE and LANEMARK burners added more value to the industrial applications supplied.

Since 2016, in order to give continuity at the company after the old owners have retired, a manager of the company with several years of activity is leading IMECO to propose the Customers the best possible solutions, in particular:

• Develop professionally the projects according to the requested application.

IMECO is able to design and realize combustion equipment according to the following international codes:

• Russian Standards: including EAC (IMECO got the EAC Certificate for burners and combustion equipment)

The above-mentioned type of burners are used mainly for duct burner applications. They are installed on the top of the machine or inside the tunnel sections of the converting lines.

IMECO duct burners are especially designed for heating air in various industrial applications. These burners are mounted complete with plates, provided with gas train, combustion air fan, control board, including adjustment and control instruments. The mounting plates of the burner can be designed to permit the entrance of the combustion air from the back or from the side of the burner and, in any case, according to the process needs. These burners are used where the need to heat the air comes together with the need to use the process fluid.

Particular attention is given to the electronic control, the temperature control and the ability to develop solutions that increase energy efficiency of the machine with the use of planned air recirculation.

The design of the installation is carried out for specific applications, being IMECO able to develop particular projects with compact size and follow specific size constrains, especially in case of revamping.
