Products
The S/Line is Fosber’s flagship corrugator comes in 2.5m and 2.8m working widths. All of its components are 100% exclusively sourced and manufactured in Europe. The flagship S/Line is available in 420mpm or 370 mpm version.
S/Line 420: This corrugator line is designed, geared and balanced for 420mpm production speed for mega volume corrugated board manufacturers. Additional and re-engineered drives,
motors, belts and balanced shafts guarantee the 420mpm running speed of the corrugator line.
The extra heating capability is provided through a series of supplementary steam infusion and conventional booster heaters in conjunction with enhanced process controls.
S/Line 370: Fosber’s established corrugator line for 370mpm production speed for high volume production capacity. Standard features on this line include automatic splicing at line speed and gapless order change at 300mpm on single, double and triple level Dry-End configurations.
The line is equipped with fully automatic process and machine speed controls to ensure that the corrugator automatically reaches set target speeds to optimise both board quality and production output.
In order to meet the different needs of its customer base, Fosber has developed the brand new C/Line. 100% built, managed and serviced by Fosber Italy the C/Line has been specifically designed to have a significantly lower capital, installation and operating cost. The innovative C/Line is available in 300 mpm or 250 mpm version in either 2.5m or 2.8m working widths.
Without any compromise on build quality the C/Line has been designed utilising top-level international commercial components and is totally aligned to all the new safety standards, adopting the latest safety devices & systems.
With its compact footprint and simplification of the lay out, the C/Line has also been designed to require minimal (if any) civil works. It also means the various C/Line machine zones can be
very eficiently retrofitted into existing corrugator lines with minimal installation time.
These general design features of the C/Line, not only result in a lower capital cost for the equipment and parts, but significantly reduces the overall costs for installation, commissioning,
operation and maintenance
