Grafikontrol has created a new series of print quality control systems that use latest generation technologies, with even simpler interfaces and capable of providing higher performance. All Grafikontrol systems meet the “Industry 4.0” requirements, as they are equipped with software for bidirectional data exchange with the machines.
The systems are equipped with dedicated software for applications on flexo, rotogravure, offset and digital printing presses.
MATRIX PLUS: Numerous hardware implementations have been made, including a new 9.6M pixel 3CCD camera and more efficient LED illuminators to ensure higher image sharpness and resolution. Enhanced user-friendly graphics and more powerful software libraries allow you to perform quality checks in a more efficient way.
LYNEX PLUS: Its hardware has been completely redesigned and the most important innovation is the use of a new 8K trilinear camera with a line rate 40% faster than the previous ones. This translates into higher resolution, better image uniformity (without the classic “gaps&shifts” between the cameras) and better inspection performance up to speeds of 800m/min. In addition, there is a new and more efficient LED lighting unit and a new interface with the “dynamic zoom” function that makes the system even more user-friendly.
PROGREX PLUS is the combination of Matrix Plus and Lynex Plus systems, capable of offering the best from the integration of the two renewed and innovative systems.

MATRIX C/S is the new dual camera system for the simultaneous display of front to back register (cold-seal or varnish on back side).
PARVIX is a simple web viewing system. The 24” multi-touch with user-friendly interface provides an excellent image quality and realistic color reproduction.
LYNEX C/S dedicated to perform the 100% inspection of coating, adhesives and cold/seals. In combination with Lynex provides the total control on both sides of a printed web.
LYNEX-S is a 100% print inspection system dedicated to narrow web presses.
LYNEX B/W dedicated to perform the 100% inspection of laser cutting or special applications where a color image is not required.
EASY TRACKER is the innovative system for defect tracking through the various processes, from printing to slitting. Combined with our 100% inspection systems (Lynex or Progrex), the Easy tracker’s revolutionary ink-jet coding system identifies the exact location of every defect in the roll. When the printed roll is mounted onto the slitter, the Easy tracker immediately downloads the relative roll file containing the defect’s positions and images for the processing. Easy tracker controls the slitter to automatically stop at each defect. Grafikontrol editing software allows quality control managers to confirm which defects must be removed. This allows the fastest possible processing in the slitting department and no customer rejects.
CHROMALAB is an inline spectrophotometer that provides real time color measurement from dedicated color patches or from the image areas. Spectral variations of color are analyzed with a dedicated software and fed to an ink dispensing system to dose the perfect correction for each color. The correction modifies the ink formulation to obtain the desired color (color matching).
CR33 and CR34 are register control systems used to automatically correct and maintain the color register during the printing process on roto and flexo presses.
