Tracing its roots back to the 1930s, Agnati has pioneered many significant developments\u00a0in the design and manufacture of corrugating lines.
\nIts range of products and services includes machines and complete corrugators for the\u00a0production of corrugated board, special automation and control systems, spare parts\u00a0and assistance.
\nThe Agnati brand has been present for over 80 years in the corrugated board industry,\u00a0and the company has significantly contributed to the growth of the industry, thanks to\u00a0the development of innovative technology and the production of machines boasting\u00a0excellent technical specifications and performance.
\nUp until 2009, Agnati was a family owned company. It was then acquired by the Brivio\u00a0Pierino Group, at which time it changed name to BP Agnati srl.
\nIn 2020 it becomes part of Fosber, which acquired the majority of the shares in the\u00a0business.\u00a0A strategic investment that secures ongoing development and expansion of product\u00a0portfolio.This also led to the birth of a new company: \u201cQuantumCorrugated Srl\u201d.<\/p>\n

Its flexible approach to the market results in the creation of innovative products,\u00a0services and solutions that perfectly meet customers\u2019 requirements, offering them\u00a0competitive returns and benefits whilst respecting the environment and the need for a\u00a0sustainable economy.\u00a0The Quantum corrugator is the new corrugating technology, employing a revolutionary\u00a0low temperature single-thermal cycle process, constant web tension through the\u00a0machine to the cut off knife and without liner to hot-plate contact. This results in\u00a0superior single wall (Quantum), double-wall (Quantum 2\u00a0), and single-face products.
\nThe \u2018zero-contact\u2019 process protects board surfaces from machine effect degradation,\u00a0thereby preserving preprint, specialized coatings, post print Flexo, Litho and Digital\u00a0opportunities. The result is superior in every measurable dimension, being stronger,\u00a0flatter, without flute lines and with \u2018folding carton\u2019 surface appearance. While\u00a0delivering a superior board Quantum allow for a 30% energy saving, a 20% labour\u00a0cost saving being much easier to operate, a reduction in glue consumption and paper\u00a0waste. The last but not the least, being a much shorter line versus traditional corrugator\u00a0(maximum 60 mt for single wall and 80 for double) it requires less space and also a\u00a0lower foundation investment.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
